Hotel Lux in Međugorje exceeded all our expectations during our stay. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Maria and the reception team, made us feel truly welcome. We stayed in a spacious apartment with a breathtaking view of the church of St Jacob, just a short walk away. The daily housekeeping service kept everything immaculate, and the breakfast, featuring scrambled eggs, was a delightful start to our days.The manager, Darius, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing complimentary services that added a special touch to our visit. Mila, who charmed us with her Telenovela-inspired Spanish, was a joy to interact with, offering valuable tourist tips and making us feel at home. The entire team, including the lovely blond receptionist, contributed to the warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel.The modern building, with its own parking area and reliable Wi-Fi, was a sanctuary after long days of exploring the region. The location, overlooking the hill of Krizevac, added a sense of tranquility to our trip. We felt secure leaving our belongings in the room, thanks to the attentive staff who catered to all our needs promptly.Hotel Lux offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality.
